From our first introduction Mark could not be more helpful and honest. We needed a new filter and filter medium. Mark was informative yet easily understood and upfront with all costs.On site the fantastic service continued. The filter was changed over the area cleaned up and everything explained.They serviced my pool and returned the next day to finish the treatment.We went from Green to Clean for a price even my wife was happy with.

We used Apple Pools to resurface our pool and replace the skimmer box following a significant leak.We were referred by our pool shop and the leak detection firm. Eco Finnish was seen as an appropriate solution and we are delighted with the results.It is nearly 2 years since that work and we are about to have other work completed. We recently had our pool resurfaced by Apple Pools using Eco Finish, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Mark was a pleasure to deal with, and Paul did an outstanding job. Our 40 year pool had a number of deep cracks, mould and stains throughout. Paul spent a few days repairing the cracks and preparing the surface, before applying the finish. Paul's knowledge and expertise was incredible and his work was outstanding. The final result exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely happy with the Eco Finish product. I contacted Mark from Apple Pools regarding a consistent leak in my 6 year old inground fibreglass pool after receiving no satisfaction from the supplier/installer of the said pool. Mark was very helpful with advice for me to fault find the leak. He sent a leak detection expert, Baehr (Bear) who performed extensive testing with the latest ultrasonic equipment, found the leak and repaired a cracked light housing. I found Bear to be very professional, knowledgeable and was on time and determined to find the cause of the leak. I highly recommend Mark from Apple Pools for his professionalism, reliability, honesty and reasonable pricing.

Great experience and would highly recommend.From the start Mark was informative and budget conscious (our budget). He provided great options and was very timely on answering all of my questions. I did have a few of them :-)On delivering ... We had our pool resurfaced recently and Mark was a wealth of knowledge in regards to the Ecofinish product which made our decision very easy.Paul the installer is extremely experienced and quite frankly there's nothing he doesn't know about the construction of pools!The whole resurface process ran extremely smoothly and Paul conducted himself in a very courteous manner. Our pool looks like brand new again and the Ecofinish surface is really easy to maintain, I would highly recommend Apple Pools.

We had an old painted pool that was badly in need of a renovation. From the first meeting with Mark, when he phoned on the way to provide an exact time of arrival, we had a good feel about the company and the process.Paul has done a wonderful job on the renovation and was a perfectionist, often re-working areas that he wasn't 100% happy with. The eco finish looks fantastic and has rejuvenated an old tired pool.I cannot recommend Apple Pools highly enough.

We had our pool resurfaced using EcoFinish by Apple Pools. From start to finish the process and experience exceeded our expectations. Our fibreglass pool circa 1960 was in need of repair and a severe makeover after being destroyed by another pool resurfacing company. So bad was our pool that the coating to the shell was peeling off throughout. After extensive research we phoned Mark from Apple Pools and arranged to see a pool they had resurfaced using EcoFinish. Mark’s knowledge and praise for the product along with actually seeing it in the flesh was enough to convince us that EcoFinish was the product for us and Apple Pools the company for us.Paul from Apple Pools had the task of fixing and transforming our pool. Paul’s workmanship and knowledge of pool building and restoration was second to none. We are thrilled with the results of our pool resurfacing. Our pool looks brand new and very contemporary. I had the Ecofinish applied to my pool almost 12 months ago. It still looks and feels fantastic, but the best thing about it is you hardly have to use any pool chemicals...only put in some salt and a couple of litres of acid in the 12 months since installed....which compares with umpteen litres of acid I poured into it when it was a quartzon surface. Mark was great to deal with in negotiating a good deal and Paul's attention to detail, including making sure all drummy spots were cut out and repaired prior to application, was second to none. Highly recommend the product and Apple Pools.
